In response to deal with the increasingly serious energy crisis and environmentalproblems brought by the industrial production, industrial production enterprises in China putsforward higher and higher requirements of energy saving, especially some energy-intensivecompanies. And with the rapid growth of car’s sales in China, the demand of the tire industryis more and more big, and the tire industry also belongs to the energy-intensive enterprise. Sotire production process cry for the research of energy consumption evaluation model, toimprove its energy efficiency, achieve the goal of energy saving at the same time, and it alsocan reduce the enterprise pollution to the environment. through to the tire productiontechnology for modeling of energy consumption, we understand the main factors influencingthe energy consumption, and through these factors affecting energy consumption of buildingthe evaluation model of energy consumption. Starting from the objective demand of the actualproblem, building energy consumption evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method and the energy consumption evaluation model based on support vectormachine (SVM).The main works are shown as follows:1. Analyzed the background of the tire manufacturing process modeling of energyconsumption and energy consumption evaluation model, this paper expounds the method forevaluating the energy consumption and energy consumption of research status of evaluationmodel.2. Established energy consumption model of tire production technology, and this paperexpounds the comprehensive energy consumption of the system and energy consumption ofeach process, as well as the tire production process energy consumption data of statisticalsummary.3. Established energy consumption evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method. In order to carrying out the qualitative to the quantitative analysis, Thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to the energy consumption evaluationmodel which used the research object with the tire vulcanization process, and a simulationexample is given. 4. Established energy consumption evaluation model based on support vector machine(SVM). In order to carrying out the accurate evaluation of energy consumption, The supportvector machine (SVM) prediction algorithm is applied to energy consumption evaluationmodel which used the research model with the tire vulcanization process, and a simulationexample is given.5. Based on tire construction demand of energy management, energy consumption of thetwo evaluation model applied to the energy management system.
