Surface active agent, it is to point to a few can make the solution system ofinterface state obvious changes in substance and it is a kind of contains both oil-wetgroup and hydrophilic group parent molecule,There are many kinds of types groupsand Wide use,The synthesis and application of surface active agent has always beenthe focus of research。 Surfactants are divided into ionic surfactants and cationicsurfactants (including anionic surfactant), nonionic surfactants, amphoteric surfactants,compound with surfactant and other surface active agent, etc.With the development ofsociety, the global consumption has been more than10million tons, the amount ofsurfactant into the water environment, the deterioration of water quality, the crisis ofhuman health, is of great significance to establish the method for determination ofsurfactants in the aquatic environment.Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEOs, also known as alcohol ether, alcoholethoxylate) are ionic surfactant dosage of the fastest growing and the largest varieties.This type of surfactant with fatty alcohol and ethylene oxide was prepared by additionreaction, with the following general formula said: R-O-n-H (CH2CH2O). Oxygenmolecules in ethyl base mesh can be adjusted in the process of synthesis of human, soit can be obtained a series of different properties and USES of non-ionicsurfactant.This paper mainly discusses the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ethersurfactants, including the nature, this kind of material use, pollution status, contentrelated research etc.. Also set up a method for determination of six kinds of suchpollutants in environmental water content, water environment pollution monitoringlocal provides a way for people to understand.By a large number of trials, the detection method of ester ether surfactant inwater was carried out to explore and conditions optimization, including water samplepretreatment method choice, enrichment purification conditions of pretreatment ofsample analysis on exploration, and exploration conditions of liquid phase and massspectrometry conditions.Water samples by HLB solid phase extraction cartridgeenrichment and purification,8ml+4ml of methanol dichloromethane eluting,0.22umfilter, using ultra performance liquid chromatography-three four grade rod massspectrometric detection. And the verification methodology, have good linearregression and precision.Finally, using the established experimental method characteristics of surfactantsused in lanzhou city area sampling and testing, accord with the actual data, for thelocal citizens to understand the status of the environmental water pollution nearbyprovides reference. The establishment of the test method of the detection and controlof the surfactant has a certain role in promoting.
