In recent years,coal mine production safety issue has been the primary focus ofmining. Mine water inrush accident is the forth-biggest accident next to roof,gas andtransport accident. When it happens,the accidents will bring enormous loss to theproduction,restrict the development of coal mine and the enhancement of economicefficiency.Therefore,this is important content of preventing mine water inrushaccidents and safe production by exploring the mechanism of the accidents,controlling critical elements and groping for the theory and methods of the accidentforecasting. Around this theme,this paper carries out the following research.First of all,this article gave a deep research into relevant literature,and based onthe theories of the accident-causing and the accident chain,the paper found out thereasons of accident with fish bone chart,getting that water inflow is the critical factorby Fault Tree Analysis. Meanwhile,we summary the influence factors of water inflowwith further study.Then,the paper studied Genetic Algorithm and BP neural network model,then,designed the Genetic Algorithm-BP neural network model based on water inflow. Atthe same time,we conduct the model simulation experiment,using the actual testingdata of coal mine A,based on matlab. By comparing traditional BP neural networkmodel and the model which is optimized by Genetic Algorithm,we conclude that thecombination of the two methods is better than the traditional forecasting techniques infault tolerant control ability,rapidity of convergence and precision of prediction.Finally,the paper put forward four measurements and suggestions about thecontrol of mine water inrush accident,including complementing management system,implementing the work of water inflow measurement and prediction,ensuring safetyinvestment and equipment inspection,and attaching importance to safety managementconsciousness of “human-oriented”.
