Ultra-close multiple-seams is refers to the mine must be within the scope of the adjacenttwo layer close to the distance between the coal seam, and has significant effect between coalseam mining. Ultra-close distance coal seam occurrence and production in our country share isvery big, and it can be found in most of the mining area in our country, such as Huozhou,Handan, Datong, Pingdingshan mining areas. Due to very close to the distance between thecoal seam, the lower coal seam mining has been damage by the upper coal seam mining beforethe integrity of the roof. Due to the existence of the residual stress concentration whichgenerated the upper coal the bottom of coal section, it become a prominent in product tosupport the mining roadway in the lower coal seam.For extremely close to the determination of optimal placement of the lower coal seammining face roadway of coal seam, not only does the lower coal seam ming face roadway bearranged in the stress reducing area, but also ensuring the roof structure of the lower coal seamworkingface can be well formed, and it is convinent to maintain the roadway. Though the studyof the mine of ultra-close distance coal seam, it can be know clearly that how to roadwaylayout and support.Pinggou coal mine which is located in Wuhai City,10km southeast of Bohaiwan is theShenhua Wuhai energy company under the coal mine Since1958,the mine has now completedthe design production capacity of1.2million tons per year. after three technical transformation.For the optimization of Pinggou coal mineworking face roadway layout and supportingtechnology research is mainly carried out through the following aspects.First of all, through tothe coal layers of the lithology of data collecting and organizing, determine the coal seam andworking face roof and floor strata of rock mechanics parameters; Second, according to themechanical parameters of rock and coal seam and working face roof strata to make use ofFlac3d model, and use the software to carry on the numerical simulation, it is concluded thatvertical rock stress, the distribution features of the strata movement, determine appropriate arrangement; Finally, using the knowledge of the theory of mechanics and structural mechanics,for a variety of support for stress analysis, to determine the various stent carrying capacity;Then, determine the corresponding several supporting scheme and comparison, to determinethe final support scheme.Scientific analysis and bold design, this paper for the coal bed mining roadway positionoptimization design was carried out, to study the stress distribution characteristics of differentposition of roadway surrounding rock of roadway and strata movement rule, to determine theposition of the reasonable layout of roadway and put forward the reasonable supporting scheme,efficient for mine safety production to further lay a solid foundation.
