Slag tray is canned equipment,the slag tray of a steel plant which is used in the converter steelmaking exist in four forms of damage,side wall crack,bottom recess, side wall of the concave and ear shaft crack, and difficult to repair, scrapped19per year, life is short, and because of the slag tray is casting structure, casting a molding rate is low, have transportation cost and storage cost. So production need a convenient manufacturing, low cost, high service life, easy to repair the new slag.This paper mainly do the following three aspects: Relationship casting slag disc damage in the form of its thermal stress, welding slag welding plate design and stress analysis, welding slag plate heat stress and thermal fatigue analysis.Foundry slag disc damage in the form of thermal stress relations with its research component, determine the residue disc condition, calculated using simulation software from ANSYS Workbench disk workflow analysis casting slag slag disc set in flat conditions and lifting structural stress conditions under gravity, combined with the actual working conditions of simulated disk slag slag disk temperature field in the work, and using the indirect method, the temperature field on the basis of solving the thermal stress to determine the form of casting slag damaged disc is mainly formed thermal stress.Designed two welding slag tray: Plain welding slag welding slag plate and frame plate.
