TiO2nanotubes have attracted considerable attention for its excellentelectrochemical and stable physics, chemical properties. TiO2nanotubes have beenwidely applied in photoelectron catalysis, solar cells, sensors and biomedicine. Theinfluences of anodization parameters on the nanotube array structure and morphologywere studied in the aqueous electrolyte and mixed electrolyte of water and glycerol viaone-step anodization. Moreover, the processes of two-step anodization were explored onthe base of one-step anodization and growth mechanisms were researched. Thenconductive glass-based (FTO-based) nanotubes were prepared by anodizationcombined with magneton sputtering process. At the same time, the effects of annealingtemperature on the TiO2nanotubes crystal structure were researched and obtained phasetransition temperature.Study on TiO2nanotube arrays prepared in aqueous electrolyte. TiO2nanotubearrays were prepared via one-step anodization in the aqueous electrolyte containingNH4F, studied the action regular pattern of anodization parameters on the TiO2nanotubearrays structure and morphology. And then focus were centralized on the two-stepanodization on the base of one-step anodization. During two-step anodiztion process, analyzed the influences of electrolyte solution species, the first step anodization timeand the second anodizaton voltages on the TiO2nanotubes diametr and length.Study on TiO2nanotubes arrays prepared in the mixed electrolyte of water andglycerol. TiO2nanotube arrays were firstly anodized in the mixed solution containingNH4F via one-step anodization and the influences of anodization parameters on the TiO2nanotube diameter and length were discussed. Then on the base of one-step anodizationprocess, two-step anodization was applied in TiO2nanotube preparation. Analyzed theaction regular pattern on the TiO2nanotube structure and morphology of two-step pHvalues, the first step anodization time and H2O2concentration, and recognized thenanotube growth mechanisms.FTO-based TiO2nanotubes arrays prepared in aqueous solution and its performance.Deposited1um thick titanium film on the FTO by magnetron sputtering process. Thenthe samples were anodized in aqueous electrolyte containing NH4F. Studied theinfluences of anodization voltage and NH4F concentration on the morphology ofFTO-based TiO2nanotube arrays. Crystallizing process of TiO2nanotube arrays. The as-formed nanotube arrays wereannealed in oxygen at different temperatures. Then amorphous nanotube arraystransferred into anatase or rutile after different annealing temperatures.
