Silver nanofiber has been taken as an ideal material in preparing flexibletransparent conductive film for its good electrical conductivity, light transmittance andflexure resistance. However, the preparation of silver nanofiber by traditionalsolvothermal method is a high cost and complicated technique and unfriendly to theenvironment. By contrast, electrospinning technique does not have the disadvantagesmentioned above, and we still have not seen the report about silver nanofiber preparedby such method. In addition, the silver based composite nanofibers can keep the originaladvantages passed down by silver and obtain other excellent performance. Above all, this research has important theoretical significance and application value.First of all, electrospinning technique was used to prepare the silver/coppercomposite nanofiber. We prepared the nanofibers with the copper or silver as the mainbody respectively, and analyzed the main parts of the fiber composition. The focus ofthe paper is using the electrospinning technique to prepare the silver/carbon compositenanofiber. By adding glucose in the spinning system, the fiber adhesion problem can beavoided. After the heat treatment process is optimized, we finally obtained excellentperformance of composite fiber when calcined under the nitrogen atmosphere at1000°Cfor30min. Its tested non-woven fiber membrane surface resistance is only8.6Ω/sqwhich decreased by as much as17times when compared to the pure carbon fiber. Inaddition, with the silver nanowire as the source, silver/carbon composite nanofiberswere prepared through the electrospinning technique. The silver wire distributed alongthe fiber axial and some parts can also form the special structure of fore and aft lap. Byelectrospinning technology, we also obtained pure silver nanofiber. After using heatedand pressurized conditions, the best morphology of silver nanofiber were obtained. Andthe reason why the pure silver formed is given at the last of this chapter. In this paper, the preparation process of transparent conductive film has beenstudied in detail. We put forward to taking polymer as binder, and discovered itsanti-reflection effect. We carried detailed study on the influence of various factorsduring conductive film preparation, and found that when the polymer concentration is2%, silver nanofiber concentration is2mg/mL, and baked at120°C for90min, thetransparent conductive film can get excellent properties. In addition, this paper has alsoestablished a diagram model that the system of electrical conductive film performanceincreased with the increasing of the polymer concentration and gave a theoreticalanalysis of the reason why the polymer can increase the dispersion of the silvernanofiber. Using the silver nanowires bought from Blue nano, we obtained film with87% transmittance and115.0Ω/sq sheet resistance. When using homemade conductive fiberin preparation of transparent conductive film, the transmittance can reach62.7%butsheet resistance is greater than1800Ω/sq.
