Acrylic fiber-spreading machine for drying stereotypes has an importantinfluence in the quality of acrylic fiber. Domestic demand for differentiated acrylicpromotes the upgrading of the production line and related production machinery. Asthe traditional production line is generally used to product only one kind of fiber, itcan’t adapt to the change of market demand. While the market having no so greatdemand for differentiated acrylic, it’s more economical to achieve a variety ofacrylic fiber production in a single production line.In this dissertation, we use the modern simulation technology to design aacrylic-spreading machine for differentiated acrylic. By analyzing the specificrequirements of the differentiated acrylic fiber,we designed a masteringacrylic-spreading machine. Based on this study, we apply computer technology toconstruct three-dimensional parameterized model.When spreading, the slot will vibrate which affects the spreading quality andcauses fracture. Apply ANSYS and ADAMS, we find where stress concentrates.Enhance strength by curling the edge and adding ribs, this problem is solved. Usingparameterized model, we analyze the driving force. After optimization, the drivemechanism is more reasonable.The role the fiber-spreading machine acts on is the fiber bundles. By reasonableassumptions, we establish an acrylic bundle projectile model. Apply the Matlab tosolve the match model and get the trajectory curve. Thus, we know the motion statewhen the acrylic fiber landing. In the study, we find the factors influencingspreading evenness and improve the design of spreading head.Acrylic fiber-spreading machine is a mechatronic product, the whole systemincluding mechanical system, electrical System and control system all affect thespreading result. In Matlab we model the electrical System and control system. Bydata exchanging between Matlab and ADAMS in which the mechanical systemmodeled, we get the mechatronic simulation model. Based on the study of the stepresponse characteristics of fiber-spreading and fiber-feeding, we use fuzzysynchronous controller to control the two motors which drive the spreading andfeeding motion. Finally,we study the spreading quality. Because fiber-feeding andfiber-spreading process has been adjusted to be synchronous, the result offiber-spreading quality improved a lot.
