The gas disaster of Chinese coalmine is most severe in the world. Gas is one of the most important factors threatening the safety production of coalmine. Especially after adjacent coal seam mining, a large number of gas in goaf will be inrush working face along fracture channel and the local accumulation of a serious face, the safety can not be guaranteed. The gas control effectively is very important at fully mechanized coal face.This paper based on analysis of gas occurrence regularity and gas source emission at fully mechanized coal face, and put forward the high level borehole gas extraction. Through RFPA software simulated the development of overburden fracture,research on initial caving interval of working face态periodic weighting length, pressure relief angel and Caving morphology of working face, the height of caving zone and watering fissures and the drilling field distance be determined can be divided combined with theoretical calculation; The paper adopt FLUENT software to analysis the laws of methane movement in working face, analysis on methane concentration distribution in goaf and the mechanism about accumulation of gas in upper corner, this provides theoretical basis for drilling hole arranging.According to the "three zones" distribution characteristics of the mine gob top area and distribution of gob gas, aiming at the actual situation of152303working face, the comprehensive scheme for gas control is proposed:that is, to layout fan drilling to pump goaf gas in adjacent seams which ensure open-off cut successfully mine; to layout high level borehole in this coal seam return air lane, pumping gas for upper corner angle. Then the industrial test of this scheme indicates that it achieved good anticipated effect, results show that the working face gas concentration could reach0.4%, the top corner and return airway gas concentration could reach0.45%. That ensures working face mining safety and high efficiency.
