Now we potassium feldspar ore dressing process throw more slime for flotation effect.And the slimes are mainly from grinding and hydrocyclone. Test materials are slimes which from potassium feldspar ore dressing in Liaoning.The slimes’ amount is6.63%and The slimes’K content is8.08%.Make the slimes as tailings cause the waste of resources. Test uses high temperature roasting and alcohol to recycle the slimes.The paper researches the process conditions of potash feldspar in calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate as additives in the system to produce the soluble potassium.And research the material particle size, ratio, roasting temperature and time, type and amount of additives by the method of single factor exploring test. The result shows that the soluble potassium’s content of potassium calcium fertilizer is4.89%when the mole ratio of potash feldspar slime,calcium sulfate and calcium carbonate is1:1:18,and roasting time is3h,and roasting temperature is1050℃.And the soluble potassium’s content of potassium calcium fertilizer is5.76%when adding sodium sulfate,and roasting time is2h,and roasting temperature is1000℃. The paper enriches the products from high temperature roasting potash feldspar to produce potassium sulfate by alcohol method.And recover the ethanol for recycling.And making some preliminary discussions of the method of high temperature roasting.
