Gas content is high, permeability is low and coal seam structure is complicated in the Changping mine. The mining panel4of seam3is high gas area and it is difficulty to extract and mine. With the deepening of mining level, the gas problems have become prominent increasingly, The gas hazards have been a serious threat to mine production safety. Provide a scientific basis for the extraction of protective seam and gas extraction after the research on the technology of pressure-relief and permeability increasing caused by the protection layer mining in Changping mine.Based on the analysis of the geological conditions, the rock and coal mechanics parameters, and the results of situ stress measurements in Changping mine. Using theoretical analysis, experimental study, Numerical simulation and so on to study on the technology of pressure-relief and permeability increasing caused by the protection layer mining.The seam8as the protective layer seam for seam3is feasible by analyzing the feasibility of the protection layer mining in Chagnping mine.
