The slope mining method in our country most of mine, along with the continuous extension of the mine, more and more use of aerial vehicles to transport personnel work, in order to reduce the staff strength and time consumption. But the existing cable car transport system, the use of state signal trigger mode, when it happens, Inoue monitoring personnel can’t very well understand the situation, the implementation of such existence serious security hidden danger and inconvenient control decision.In order to further improve the safety performance of modernization level and the operating carrier cable car operation and management, this paper designs the mine aerial vehicle wireless monitoring system based on Internet of things of mine. Design is divided into the cable car each extension in car design, the design of main control room operator ground, both low voice communication through CC1100wireless communication module, a cable car in workers can at any time to ground control room report cable car of the location and request instructions, control room can also inquire operation status of each cable car to make adjustment. If the ground control room is far from the base station, can be added in the cable car and control room midway to ensure the communication quality, between the control chamber connected to a base station through the bus CAN. Through the actual test, long distance wireless voice communication function is stable and reliable, can meet the requirements of the scene.
