Fushun Petroleum company oil pipeline runs through Xima coal mine, if leaving in protection pillar, not only loss of a large number coal resources, but also give serious repercussions to rational distribution and production of mine splice. Therefore, the use of paste-like filling methods study mining coal resources under pipeline has theoretical significance and practical value.First, the paper designed the size of protective pillar under oil pipeline, to provide a basis for the study of scope analysis and filling range. And then based on the mine production measured data to calculate equivalent mining height of paste-like backfilling workface. Based of choosing reasonable methods and parameters, predicted and analyzed surface movement and deformation caused by mining plan under oil pipeline, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the State, to determine the feasible mining plan. The analysis results show that the mining plan can ensure the normal use of the oil pipeline. At the same time, reduce the possibility of filling the project amount. Finally, designed surface movement and deformation monitoring programs for mining under oil pipelineUsing filling method to mine coal resources under oil pipeline provides a feasible way to make full use of non-renewable mineral resources,"Under three" Mining has theoretical significance and practical value.
