In order to improve the strength of the poplar veneer, the compressive strength and the bonding strength of its plywood, this topic have introduce the punching processing in the poplar veneer to chase a kind of floor base material with excellent performance. It studied the drying performance of poplar veneer punched through comparative trial; and studied the law of heat conduction of poplar veneer slab and the impact factors through orthogonal test; and studied the impact factors to bonding strength of poplar plywood by Response surface experiments. The result shows that:1. The tiny hole can significantly improve the drying rate of poplar veneer and with the water content decreased, the difference decreases2. The heating process of poplar veneer slab can divided into three parts:rapid heating, slow heating and constant temperature. The farther the veneer to the hot plate, the more slowly the heating rate is. With the passage of time, the difference decreases. The punching process can improve the rate of heat conduction.3. Hot pressing temperature, hole density and board density on slab core reached100℃time has a different effect:with increasing the thickness of the slab, the core layer reaches100℃time required to almost linear increase; with the hot pressing temperature increasing, the core layer reaches100℃time required to close linear decrease with the increase of density.4. The aperture, the distance, the use of glue and the pressure impact on the bonding strength in different degree:With the hole distance increases, the bonding strength increase, but more than a certain value, its strength decreased; Along with the increase of pressure, the bonding strength increases, when the pressure exceeds0.8MPa, bonding strength decreased; With increasing the glue content, the bonding strength increased; with the increasing the diameter increases, the bonding strength, more than a certain value, bonding strength decreased.
