Heat transfer tube is the key component of heat transfer of shell and tube heatexchanger, the quality of the tube will directly affect the work performance of the heatexchanger.In order to improve the heat transfer efficiency of shell and tube heat exchanger,both domestic and foreign has developed a variety of enhanced heat transfer tube. Amongwhich integral cold energy efficient finned tube is a newly developed kind of heat transfertube in recent years. So it is necessary to study the machining process, tools andequipment for this kind of heat pipe to improve the processing capability of the product.Entirety finned tubes in rolling equipment uses special cold extrusion processing,processed extruded outside fin tube, at the same time also rolled spiral inner ribs. With thefoundation of stress in rolling motion analysis, this paper studies the tools, technologicalprocess and equipment. The stable rolling processing conditions are obtained through theresearch of the rolling process, which determine the relationship between the amount ofroll diameter, rolling pipe diameter and unit compression, analysis and study thecharacteristics of rolling process. On the basis of this, the main design method is putforward, gives an example of tool design. The structure of production equipment areanalyzed and introduced, as well as the main points of design and scheme of the rollinghead, tool holder, jointing mechanism, feeding rack and discharge rack and key parts ofthe drawing.The research of this paper mainly discusses on the process of stress and changes inthe law, provides a theoretical basis for tool design and machine design,which as well is ingood effect on the production of actual processing. It also has certain reference value andguiding significance on the research tool and equipment.
