BMJ Company Construction Of Green Manufacturing Operation Mode

Manufacturing, an important pillar industry in national economy, has promoted the development of the national economy, but has consumed limited resources of human society and caused environmental pollution in the process of transforming the manufacturing source into products and the use of them. Green manufacturing with high utilizing efficiency and low consumption of energy and less negative impact on the environment, will replace the traditional manufacturing featuring high input, consumption and emission and low efficiency, which is a developing trend.As a branch of manufacturing, coal mining machinery equipment manufacturing is an industry that researches and fabricates professional mechanical equipment for coal mining and using process. As mentioned in this thesis, BMJ, founded in1958, is a pioneering enterprise in coal mining industry, has integrated research, manufacture, sell and service of roof supports and has boasted the capability of independent design and manufacture of products. Nevertheless, under the traditional manufacturing mode, its waste of energy and resource is common and it is not so environmental-friendly. With the improvement of state policy and company’s own development, green manufacturing is a developing direction for enterprises. Since BMJ is now in the initial stage of green manufacturing and lack of theoretical guidance as well as approaches of implementation, the author read lots of relevant references from home and abroad, conducted surveys and researches of BMJ’s current situation in regard to its green manufacturing, as a result, analyzed existing problems and deficiencies, built the green manufacturing frame of the company and put forward to realizing ways and evaluating methods etc., improving its’transformation and upgrading, balancing its’development with resource saving, energy conservation and environment protection, enhancing core competence and competing in the international market.
