Application Research Of The Mine Construction Project Tracking Audit

Follow-up audit of mine construction project is a complicated multi-disciplinary systems engineering. It involves many audit objects, specialties and contents. Based on elaboration of the construction project management and internal audit related theory, using a combination of system control theory, organization theory of internal audit management and economics and other related disciplines of knowledge-e,the thesis analyses mine construction project follow-up audit from the aspects of contents, characteristics and effects. It also explains in details the major contents of follow-up audit of mine construction project and built an audit system. Then it elaborates from the three levels of management audit, technical audit and economy audit for the following six major steps, that is, internal control, bid and tender, contract management, project construction, financial management and completion settlement.Finally, it verifies the feasibility, practicability and effectiveness of the theory system through case analysis. It applies System Theory, Control Theory, Organization Theory, Internal Audit, Management, Economics and knowledge of other subjects.Follow-up audit of the construction project aims to emphasize the prevention and control in advance. It has the function of supervision, control, identification, evaluation and preliminary examination. In order to develop the follow-up audit widely in practice, the enterprise must improve and perfect the laws and regulation for internal audit and explore the follow-up audit actively. Then the follow-up audit can control the construction cost effectively, improve the construction project manageme-nt and add the investment benefit.The thesis raises the methods of strengthening the follow-up audit of mine construction project through the example analysis of XX Mine construction project after the application research of the follow-up audit. It can provide the theory reference for the further study and provide the solution and reference for enterprise to invest mine construction project. It also combines with the project management in the practical project management. Then it can reduce the project cost during the project management and improve the management to create higher economic value and add the utilization value for the owners.
