With the development of petroleum industry, deep well, ultra deep well has become a trend of the development of oil and gas. But in deep well, ultra deep well when using PDC bit, drill deep in hard formation can appear stick-slip vibration phenomenon. Analysis shows that stick-slip vibration of PDC bit is the main factor on bit failure, drill string fatigue damage and inefficiency drilling. Therefore, Conducting the research of a complete set on broken rock tools to reduce the vibration and assist to broken rock on the PDC drill bit vibration can eliminate maximally the phenomenon of "stick-slip" vibration during the PDC bit drilling process.From the existing research of stick-slip vibration, researches the characters of stick-slip vibration as well as the motion of drill bit, establish torsion pendulum model drill, analyzing stick-slip vibration mechanism and influence factors, drawn stick-slip vibration suppression scheme:use torque impactor and PDC drill bit optimization.Carrying out the research of torsion impact tools, putting forward the design principles and thoughts. Part of the rotating drive part and torsion impact the tool, a feasibility analysis. Check torque impacter strength, prove the feasibility of this tool.Through the paper we could have a further understanding of stick-slip vibration and its mechanism and dynamic characteristics, we also can study the mechanism of the torsional impact tools, and these can provide theoretical basis and scientific guidance for the future study.
