At present, the grim situation of atmospheric pollution in China, the characteristics ofPM,fine particulate pollutants of regional atmospheric environment problem increasing-ly prominent, damage people’s health, affect social harmony and stability. Along withour country industrialization and urbanization, further deepened, energy and resourcesconsumption continues to increase, continue to intensify the pressure on the control ofair pollution. Understanding of the air quality in our country the status, timely takeeffective measures to governance, is the only way to improve air quality.According to relevant data, select the regular air pollution factor,SO2, NO2and PM10,from2008to2012air quality assessment of31main cities in China, adopted for theannual air quality assessment of comprehensive pollution index evaluation method andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Through the evaluation of worth to differentyears of31main cities in our country air quality sorting and each city air quality sort offive years. The first order makes different years of31main cities in our country airquality fit and unfit quality with intuitive comparison, the latter sort makes every majorcity air quality change trend of five years with intuitive reflect. Of the two kinds ofevaluation method of the evaluation results were analyzed after get the followingconclusion: although the two kinds of evaluation method, respectively, the air qualitysorting result is not completely consistent, but the use of the two methods of air qualityin China from2008to2012of the best four cities of haikou city, lasa, fuzhou andnanning, three cities with the worst air quality for wulumuqi, lanzhou and xi ’an. Inaddition, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of pollutants in the processof the weight vector to31main cities in China according to the type of primarypollutants was divided into two categories, each of these categories can be subdividedinto two or three small class again. The fourth part of this paper use grey dynamicprediction model of31main cities in China over the next three years of SO2, NO2andPM10concentration is forecasted, is helpful for us to know the trend of the urban airquality in the future. Because of poor air quality in our country city primary pollutant is PM10, so at the end of the paper to the cities with severe pollution in our country putforward some good preventive measures and suggestions, in order to deal with andimprove the existing pollution status.
