The effects of antioxidant enzyme systems activity under the stress of Cadmium and LeadWhen planarian under different concentrations and time of cadmium, antioxidant enzyme activity changed obviously, the results showed that cadmium and lead can induced antioxidant enzyme activity, but high concentration can destroyed the structure of enzyme, and the long time stress activity gradually decline. The activity of different enzymes with different threshold, the metal cadmium and lead to the same enzyme activity influence mechanism is different.2.
