Liquefied petroleum gas in the catalyst aromatization generates lightaromatic. The reaction provides a new way of utilization of the liquefiedpetroleum gas, either as a basic organic chemical raw materials can also be usedto produce high-octane gasoline. LPG aromatization reaction improve theirutilization and increase the economic efficiencynot.ZSM-5zeolite applicationin fixed bed catalytic cracking and fluid catalytic cracking has far-reachingresearch value.This paper mainly studies three aspects of zeolite ZSM-5:(1)The synthesis of zeolites With sodium silicate, aluminium sulfate as mainraw materials of ethanol as the template agent, under the condition of no seed ZSM-5zeolite synthesis of work study, through the analysis of the XRD phase,crystallization time and crystallization temperature were discussed, the influence ofthe template agent for molecular sieves synthesis.(2)Single metal modified zeolites This paper choose the metal are cheap metal,in has the same influence on aromatization, cheap metal has stronger explorationvalue. Activity level is mainly for: K+、Ag+;Zn2+、Ni2+、Cd2+、Fe2+,through XRD,Py-IR, SEM, BET characterization methods to investigate the metal load influenceon molecular sieve crystal structure, physical and chemical properties, micro flowbed reaction device to determine the influence of aromatization reaction of theliquefied petroleum gas (LPG).(3) Double metal modified molecular sieve.On the basis of single metal loadhigh selective catalyst performance of modified catalysts used as catalyst for thesecond load matrix catalyst, after analyzing the change of the physical andchemical properties and double metal load effect on the performance ofaromatization catalyst.The results showed that:(1) In the seed with cheap ethanol as the template agent can be regulated byreasonable experimental conditions under the condition of synthesis of ZSM-5zeolite, and has good crystallinity. Suitable conditions for synthesis of ZSM-5zeolite: crystallization temperature180℃, crystallization time35h, ethanol silicon ratio is1.(2) Single metal zinc in modified aromatization catalyst performance is thehighest, aromatization catalyst performance contrast: Zn/HZSM-5>Ni/HZSM-5> Ag/HZSM-5> HZSM-5> Cd/HZSM-5> Fe/HZSM–5.(3) Double metal load after the double metal catalyst performance contrast:Ni/Zn-HZSM-5> HZSM-5> Cd/Zn-HZSM-5、Fe2+/Zn-HZSM-5、Fe3+/Zn-HZSM-5...
