With the development of society, energy era is about to enter a new period, that period of clean energy. Inorder to facilitate the development of low-carbon economic policy implementation and revision of the auditedentity to urge energy conservation, make sure the waste and the lack of clear-cut in the use of resources, tap theirpotential for energy savings, improve efficiency in the use of resources and energy, thus promoting and protectinglow-carbon a healthy economy, low carbon born out as a new audit mode to adapt low-carbon economy. How tocomprehensive and objective evaluation of a country’s economic development level of carbon or carbon audit ofan enterprise to become an urgent problem to be solved, and the current research in this area is almost empty, so itis necessary to establish a comprehensive evaluation system as a basis for the evaluation.This paper summarizes the carbon audit-related research at home and abroad, combined with a low-carbonaudit theory and job content, construct exploratory evaluation index system of enterprise carbon audit; in ChinaGuoDian Corporation for the study, to use the model build DSR comprehensive evaluation of enterprise carbonaudit the framework for the target system, applicated of neural network model layers each factor score calculationresults to analyze the factors of low-carbon audits and draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendationsbased on carbon emissions carbon audit conclusions. The main contents and conclusions are as follow:Firstly, the analysis on enterprise carbon evaluation system audit development status: summary of the statusby developing a low carbon economy and low carbon audit research status at home and abroad, found on thecorporate carbon audit evaluation studies almost empty, the field of research scholars have focused on low carboneconomy field evaluation index system, corporate environmental performance indicator system audits, low-carbonemission reduction system and other economic indicators, to promote and protect the healthy development oflow-carbon economy, it is necessary to establish a comprehensive set of carbon multidimensional evaluationsystem audit.Secondly, build DSR enterprise carbon audit evaluation system: DSR model based on statistical indicatorsassigned to each subsystem corresponding to illustrate various aspects of the study of interdependence and mutualrestraint relationships reflect the overall situation from different angles object of study. Index system drivers (D),the status factor (S), the response factor (R) is composed of three subsystems; there are a number of indicatorsunder each subsystem, a total of19indicators.Thirdly, the analysis on Guodian carbon audit results: the use of neural network model to obtain the indexweight, and the model simulation training, generalization ability to verify the model, resulting in the developmentof low-carbon enterprise evaluation index. Carbon analysis of audit results indicate continued growth in energyconsumption and thermal power generation structure are two important reasons for the increase in the Group’scarbon emissions, clean energy, energy investment unit off and low-carbon technologies is to promote the Group’s carbon the main factors that decrease emissions.Finally, according to carbon audit conclusions put forward targeted measures against Guodian control carbondioxide emissions. The main three steps: First, policy recommendations, developed around the carbon budget,control and tracking carbon emissions carbon footprint, achieve low carbon supply chain; Second, the economicclass is recommended to measure the cost of clean energy in a different evaluation clean energy in the course ofthe applicability and economy; third, the technology suggested that companies around the total energyconsumption indicators proposed to optimize the energy structure, as well as the Clean Development Mechanism.
