Penicillins pharmaceutical wastewater belongs to the fermentation and chemical sy-nthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater,complex composition,high concentration oforga-nic pollutants,degradation.At present,the activated sludge were widely used to treat thiskind of wastewater,so the research about microbial community structure diversity andmicrobial enzyme activity of catalytic degradation of organic pollutants in the activatedsludge has an important significance to improve the removal effect of pharmaceuticalwastewater.This paper mainly studied the effect of activated sludge microorganisms ondifferent DO concentrations and temperature condition in NMBR removal wastewaterCOD,BOD,6-APA and six kinds of enzyme activity and diversity of microbial commu-nity structure of activated sludge microbial stable operation on various conditions.Mainresults are as follows:1.With the increase of the DO concentration,the removal rate of COD,BOD,6-APAand content of sludge MLSS is increased before they are falling,when the DO concentr-ateion is2.5~3.5mg·L-1COD,BOD and6-APA has the highest removal rate.Sludge mic-robe dehydrogenase,polyphenol oxidase,urease and invertase activity along with the in-crease of the DO concentration is on the rise,invertase,superoxide dismutase and dehyd-rogenase activity are positively related to the removal rate of6-APA,COD, BOD, but th-e urease, nitrate reductase activity are negatively related to polyphenol oxidase,which s-hows that microbial need more nutrients,invertase activities will increase to provide suf-ficient carbon source for denitrification,supply nitrate reductase for biological denitrify-ication,aromatic compounds can decomposition conversion in the reactor better.DGGEshows that when the DO concentration are2.5~3.5mg·L-1the stripe abundance is the lar-gest.The Acinetobacter baumannii AB307-0294in sludge and Hydrogenophaga has de-nitrification,rarely use carbohydrates Hydrogenophaga sp. WLSH–44,because of the in-creased concentrations of DO which can not adapt to living environment that are unableto get enough energy and are disappearing gradually.With methyl naphthalene quinonessystem composed of quinones metabolism which is related to Tessaracoccus lubricantisKSS-17anaerobic-aerobic seflora,eosinophilic can degradation cellulose genera flora ofKtedonobacter growth stability, eventually become the dominant population. 2.With the increase of temperature,the removal rate of COD,BOD and6-APA is onthe decline as a whole,sludge MLSS content showed a trend of decline after rising firstas a whole,when the temperature is35℃,COD,BOD and6-APA has the highest removalrate:sludge microbial superoxide dismutase,invertase activities in general is on the rise,dehydrogenase and urease activities showed a trend of decline after rising first and poly-phenol oxidase and nitrate reductase activity is a downward trend in general;the supero-xide dismutase and invertase activity are negatively related to the removal rate of COD,BOD,6-APA,but urease, polyphenol oxidase and dehydrogenase are positively related tonitrate reductase activity,which suggests that under high temperature6-APA can induceactivated sludge microorganisms produce a large number of super oxygen anion causethe response of protective enzyme,microbe consume more energy, the activities of inve-rtase is higher that provide adequate C source, microbial hydrolysis ability of amide C-N key is weaken.DGGE profiles show that when the temperature is around35℃,it hasthe greatest abundance,the aerobic,eosinophilic Ktedonobacter genera flora of thermaldegradation of cellulose in the sludge,the facultative anaerobic propionic acid propionicacid bacillus Propionibacterium propionicum F0230awhich can decompose nitric acidto,the hydrolysis of starch and produced fermentation end product propionic acid,grow-th stably become the dominant population of sludge microorganisms.Finally it is concluded that,when the DO concentration is2.5~3.5mg·L-1,the temperature is35℃,activated sludge microorganism in NMBR treatments6-APA wastewater best.Dive-rsity of microbial community structure is rich,effluent water quality reaches the national emissionstandards.The concentration and temperature of DO is either low or high both can inhibit the microb-eal enzyme activity,in the process of concentration and temperature gradual change from low to highof the DO,the synergy of six main types of microbial enzyme degradation of organic pollutants inwastewater.
