The affecting factors of working resistance in backfill and the effect law of strength and width in backfill on mechanical characteristics of surrounding rock with original roadway filling no pillar excavation are studied fully, systematically and deeply through the field investigation and monitoring, numerical simulation and theoretical calculation based on the engineering geology and mining technology in62210working face of Xinzhuangzi Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group. Research shows that:Distribution characteristics of stress, displacement and damage fields of surrounding rock with original roadway filling no pillar excavation are closely related with the width and strength of backfill, they are controlled by the width and strength of backfill, and they reveal the influence efficiency of the width and strength of backfill with original roadway. The surrounding rock control mechanical model of original roadway filling no pillar excavation is built. Conclusion is got that the roof hanging span over backfill and width of backfill are the key factors that affect working resistance in backfill. The working resistance in backfill is proportional to the roof hanging span over backfill, and the working resistance in backfill is inversely proportional to the width of backfill. A new type of mechanical long distance quick filling system is proposed through optimizing the process of filling, selecting the filling material and filling equipment, and definition of original roadway filling parameters. Accordingly, the thesis research results provide a theory basis for the application and promotion of the original roadway no pillar excavation and have a great significance for realizing non-pillar continuous replacement of working face.
