Small abandoned coal mines space crack problem is the issue of producing mines, has been a major safety hazard for the existing mines, according to the survey, small coal mines left abandoned roadway resulting in spontaneous combustion of coal mine fires accounted for over89%of the total fire in mines. Small coal mines upper panel of five in Xin Lin mine cause ignition of the five panel workspace airflow increased dramatically in the concentration of poisonous gases, has affected the normal mining activities in the area, although the panel adopted a partial positive pressure ventilation, for underground workers is still a security risk with the development of the fire. For this specific situation, firstly the design is based on the information provided by the data and the infrared imager field test,which lead to a preliminary analysis of the fire district of700meters at the five panel horizontal distance and of the fire area is about195×260square meters. Secondly, the method by re-releasing tracer gas instantaneous, to analyze the development of the situation connected with the fire district in five panel. Meanwhile, five-set in the underground area to select a suitable location to play a ladder fire detection roadway which is area of12square meters, to ascertain the specific circumstances of the fire district and provide work for the following work. After completion of the above work, the fire district provides a more detailed and accurate knowledge of of the following extinguishing designed. Again at fire detection tunneling design drilling to inject nitrogen to the surrounding roadways and injecte fire extinguishing material. Finally, take relevant measures and management of fire detection roadway excavation to protect the safety of the fire detection period. The fire extinguishing idea of the design is drilling design at drill field in fire detection tunnel,by the downhole injection of nitrogen injection and high moisture content material to control fire at the bottom of the zone. Take direct access to the source of fire extinguishing in points and the large area of the idler as the main guiding ideas, when the downhole fire zone to be under control for some time, then from the smoke ground inject high water and slurry fire extinguishing technology to achieve the effect of completely extinguishing.
