The Applied Research Of "2+2"Mold Technology For Coal Slime And Slime Water Treatment In HM Toal Cleaning System In Coal Preparation Plant

Coal separation is an important way for clean utilization of Chinese coal. Compared to the modern gravity techniques, the development of slime water treatment technology is too slow to satisfy the extension of application. Coal preparation process optimization occupies an important place in current technique of coal preparation plant.practically,it has potential as well.According to the properties of the raw coal, Zhongyang Gengyang coal preparation plant employs "2+2"mold technology for coal slime and slime water treatment in HM coal cleaning system.his paper summarizes the progress of slime water treatment technology at home and abroad and the efficiency of "2+2" mold technology is described in detail,by comparing it with the original data the economic and environmental benefits are improved to different degree on the basis of the Zhongyang production data.According to the coal washability and actual needs of customers,through the experimental analysis of "2+2"mold technology,the results indicate that the coal preparation plant products concentrate slimes with the moisture content at17.10and ash content at9.30.results are in line with quality requirements.The method is reduced the water usage,the transport of coal and environmental pollution.The process of slurry water is improved in GengYang coal preparation plant by reform. And with science manage,realize the closed recycle slurry water and wastewater zero discharge at present.The water consumption is0.039m3per ton.The concentration of recycled water is less than0.5g/l.The practical application has shown that the process can help to realize clear water wash coal and closed circuit the circulation of washing water.The process of slime water treatment relieves the problem of concentrate slimes with high ash and moisture.A new process of two-stage dewatering for flotation concentrate is to reduce moisture of the commercial coal.Conversion of slime-water circuit by two-stage thickening and two-stage recovery realize the goal of clear water wash coal and closed circuit the circulation of washing water.The extensive application of "2+2" mold technology in coking coal preparation plant greatly enriches and develops coal preparation technology of our own intellectual property rights, to continue to keep China in the field of international leading position.
