| The600Mpa low carbon bainitic steel obtain high strength with excellent toughness,which is recognized as the next generation of steel in the21st century and is widely usedin energy, transport, industry and various construction materials used in ConstructionMachinery. For the composition of Nb and V and Ti elements in the low-carbon steel areadded achieving good weldability and bainitic hardenability.For this experiment, optical microscopy(OM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) are used for analyze. The air cooling rate influences is considered on varydirections. The results show that the600MPa steel is mainly composed of ferrite andgranular bainite and lath bainite and martensite and other components. It is believed thatthe600Mpa steel has the rapid cooling on the board first coil and plate tail with compareto slow cooling in the middle portion. In summary, the higher strength and low elongationwith low temperature impact toghness brings on the board first coil and plate tail, however,lower strength and high elongation with high temperature impact toughness realizes in themiddle portion.600MPa low-carbon bainitic steel get the lath bainite in the head and tailbecause of the faster cooling after curled and get the granular bainite in the middle portionbecause of the lower cooling after curled, granular bainite has no obvious features,strength of lath bainite is high, granular bainite has good toughness and ductility, twokinds of the bainite both have the quantity of ferrite structure. Organization of Steel is theferrite, bainite and M/A, the color metallurgical tests show a certain number of trialsmartensitic steels presents in the steel. |
