In this paper, we use etherification of cardanol glycidyl ether and synthesied the cardanoltertiary amines by tertiary amine, finally compounded a new kind of betaine amphotericsurfactant by the quaternization as the mainly raw materials are cardanol、 epoxychloropropane、sodium hydroxide、methylbenzene、dimethylamine and3-chloro-2-hydroxypropanesulfonate,which the yield of cardanol glycidyl ether is86%, epoxide number is0.201.The yield of cardanol tertiary amine is78%. The effective concentration of final product ofcardanol amphoteric surfactant reached0.05%when the ultra-low interfacial tension is10-4,the measured temperature is85℃, the mineralization is32868mg/L, So the amphotericsurfactant that compounded has a good resistance to high temperature and also high saltcharacteristics. The thesis selected a measuring method of Synthesising this new type of betaineamphoteric surfactant, established a UV absorption standard curve of hydroxy sulfoamphoteric surfactants, And using a UV spectrophotometry measured the adsorption ofbetaine zwitterionic surfactant on sandstone surface. Determined the liquid-solid ratio is60:1.Adsorption time on the quartz sand is15h. The effects of adsorption time, temperature andconcentration on the adsorption of betaine amphoteric surfactant are investigated. We studiedthe adsorption isothermal line of betaine zwitterionic surfactant at ambient of ShengLireservoir, also calculated the enthalpy of adsorption by appropriate mathematical formulas.Meanwhile, the adsorption law was inspected by the sight of adsorption kinetics ofzwitterionic surfactant on the surface of the sandstone, and made a comparison of surfaceadsorption rules in the range of quartz sand, clean sand, oil sands. Results showed that betainezwitterionic surfactant adsorption in sandstone are in accordance with Langmuir Adsorption.Adsorption enthalpy became negative, indicating that the adsorption is a process ofexothermic one. The amount of adsorption is: quartz sand> net sand> oil sands. The enthalpyvariation of temperature60℃~70℃is lower than temperature70℃~80℃, but trend ofimpact with increasing temperature became smaller. Elovich equation could be betterdescribing the adsorption amount that changed with time. The effects of adsorption amount by different concentrations of salt, alkali, alcohol areinspected. The order of salt influences is: Na2SO4>CaCl2>NaCl. Within a certain range of saltconcentration, the adsorption capacity increased with salt concentration increasing, and finallystabilized, The order of alkali influences is: Ca(OH)2>NaOH>Na2CO3. The concentration ofbetaine amphoteric surfactant increased with alcohol concentration reducing, tended to reachan equilibrium by a certain concentration, The order of alcohol influences is: tert-butylalcohol> isobutanol> n-butyl alcohol.
