Bismuth Ttmgstate(Bi2WO6)hierarchical nest-like structures built by higher ordernanoplate alignment have been successfully synthesized by a facile hydrothermal route withBi(NO)35H2O and Na2WO4·2H2O as starting materials in the presence of CTAB、SDS、PVP.The samples were characterized by XRD、SEM、UV-vis and BTE in detail. The effectof different hydrothermal time, precursor solution pH value, the differentsurfactant on thestructure,morphorlogy and photocatalytic properties of Bi2WO6nanocrytals was mainlyinvestigated.The formation and growth mechanism of Bi2WO6under different processfactors was further explored;Finally the influence of other factors on the Bi2WO6microcrystalline under the different template agent and template agent environment wasinvestigated. The photocatalytic activity of the samples was also evaluated using thedegradation of Rh B and nitrogen–containing light oil at room temperature under visiblelight irradiation.It was found that surfactant played important roles in the formation process ofcontrolling the morphology and structure of the catalyst and also had a great influence onthe catalytic activity.When add in CTAB, SDS PVP, catalyst was multiplemorpholtgies,such as spherical body flower-like dird’s nest and so on.The photocatalyticactivities were measured by the degradation of RhB.Bi2WO6was more stable and moreactive.The Co-doped Bi2WO6microcrystalline was successfully prepared by a facilehydrothermal route. It was found that doping with cobalt the catalyst increases the specificsurface area, cell volumes of Bi2WO6decreased and the scope of the visible spectrum wasexpanded. The degradation efficiency of RhB in150min reach98%under the visible lightirradiation.Photocatalytic activity of the Co2+/Bi2WO6powder was better than that Bi2WO6obviously.As we all know,nitrogen compounds is light oil may produce a greatest influence ontheir stability and have a significant effect on the color of oil and creation of resins.It is onethe mian factors of the reins production.While the currency study points are refining thenitride light oil.To improving the oil stability and meeting the requirement on higherquality light oil. The photocatalytic performance of Bi2WO6catalysts was measuredbyphotocatalytic denitrification of pyridine adopted as the model compound,and so as tophotocatalytic denitrification reaction conditions. Experimental proved using pureBi2WO6catalyst, dosage of catalyst for20mg/40ml simulation fluid, photocatalytic reaction time for150min denitrification rate of the simulation oil can reach69%.To further improvethe performance of the catalyst denitrification,the Ni-doped Bismuth tungstate (Bi2WO6)microcrystalline was successfully prepared by a facile hydrothermal route.When Ni dopingcontent is1%,the preparation of Ni2+/Bi2WO6catalyst strcture performance isoustsdanding,Ni2+/Bi2WO6light catalytic denitrification rate was94%.
