With the exploitation of mineral resources in great quantities, especially the large number of long-term exploitation of coal, mineral resource exploitation, the formation of large area goaf. However, the economy will continue to grow, the demand for coal will be growing,so the gob will continue to expand. As cities grow, the demand for construction land increased, reasonable developing and re-using of old goaf become an effective way of solving construction areas shortage. However, when the old mining buildings built above an empty area, with loads increase, the balance of rock would be destroyed, resulting in goaf "activation" of surface residual deformation increases the impact of buildings the foundation stability. So the research carried out on the building foundation stability goaf is very important.In this paper, the measured data of the study area, the analysis of the relevant literature, describes the theory of surface movement is expected. Papers collection, analysis of data mining, specifically research, develop technical route. Based on the measured data of the study area, three with developmental calculate the height and depth of ground disturbance. According to the empirical formula and measured data to calculate the estimated parameters of the study area, using the probability integration method adopted and the old production areas, the residual deformation is expected to be generated from the mining area and sink with surfer software to draw contour maps, horizontal movement, etc. value chart and sinking three-dimensional map. Based on the expected results of the proposed location of the old goaf layers of buildings and structures put forward reasonable proposals, and proposed a series of preventive building deformation recommendations.
