This study based on the previous studies, used the TaiGe lake as the main research object, Pollution in environment and natural water samples as the main research material, the techniques of using N and O isotopic compositions to identify nitrate sources,to establishing pollution sources mixed model and isotope tracer database, Through the analysis we can find out contribution ratio of different pollution sources between mainly nitrogen sources with variously nutrient pollution sources in preliminary study area,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the next step for nitrogen reduction plan and control the input of nitrogen in TaiGa lakeThe purpose of the study:1. Verify the method of using nitrogen and oxygen isotopic composition to identify the source of nitrate2. Determine the nitrogen and oxygen isotopic composition of TaiGe lake;3. Illuminate the temporal variation characteristics and isotopic composition of nitrogen in TaiGe lake;4. Identification of nitrate sources and evaluate the influence factors of the nitrogen cycle;5. Reveal the major source of nitrate in TaiGe lake, and provide scientific guidance to pollution repairingResearch contents:1. Preliminary calculation source and proportion of Nitrogen pollution in water;2. Collection sample of typical pollution sources and analysis characteristic value of isotope. The first condition of using isotope identification of pollution sources is determine the isotopic characteristics of various pollution sources in pollution area.3. Establish the model of mixed sources. According to isotope characteristic values of different pollution sources,we the can identification nitrate sources with different range values, and calculated the the proportion of different sources in the nature water by Establish the model of mixed sources.4. First we do the sample pretreatment and analysis and isotope test, then has data were analyzed and discussed.Through the research we find out contribution ratio of different pollution sources between mainly nitrogen sources with variously nutrient pollution sources in preliminary study area, provide theoretical guidance for the next step for nitrogen reduction plan and control the input of nitrogen in TaiGa Lake and help improve water quality and ecological environment in TaiGe Lake.Sewage, agricultural chemical fertilizer is The main reason caused the nitrate pollution of Taige lake; As the upstream of Taige Lake smaller population density, The upstream sources of nitrate mainly agricultural chemical fertilizer.And With the rivers surrounding population density increases, the contribution of sewage nitrate sources also increased; Different season, source of nitrate in the canal are differences, In The summer of2013, the contribution of sewage significantly higher than Winter2012at Taige Lake.
