Water eutrophication is mainly caused by nitrogen and phosphorus, at most timephosphorus is believed as the core factor, which requires processing to reduce theconcentration of phosphorus in the water.Currently, the common method is absorption,inwhich, adsorption material’s choice for the phosphorus adsorb has a significant impact. Inthis study, use of industrial waste residue lithium fume which produced after extraction forthe study,and it has many porous.In this paper,Lithium silicon powder is use as raw material,Simulated phosphoruswastewater research as object, lithium and lithium fume silica fume modified phosphorusadsorption Adsorption characteristics, and actual wastewater adsorption studied and achievedgood results.(1) Adsorption of phosphorus by the silicon powder is a fast adsorption process.On theconcentration of2mg/L of wastewater, the dosage of lithium fume reaches to9.6g/L andreach adsorption equilibrium within90min. Pseudo-second kinetic model can capable ofsimulating lithium phosphorus fume adsorption process.(2)lithium fume theoretical phosphorus adsorption capacity is1.166mg/g.Freundlichisotherm equation is fit for description of the adsorption;Pseudo-second kinetic model cancapable of simulating lithium phosphorus fume adsorption process.(3)Ce by lithium modified silica fume, just60min by the reaction, and the reduction inthe dosage is not modified dosing than half of4.8g/L, will be able to reach adsorptionequilibrium the maximum adsorption capacity of10.89(mg/g), unmodified with respect tolithium silicon powder, the maximum adsorption capacity increased nearly10-fold, indicatingthat modification greatly improves the absorption of silica fume lithium phosphorus removal.(4)After be modified, the adsorption process fume modified lithium phosphorus areFreundlich model fitting, can be a good fit pseudo-second kinetic model.(5)Lithium-modified silica fume after six resolved through regeneration, adsorptionproperties of phosphorus reduced by13%, the seventh resolve regeneration adsorptionproperties of phosphorus decreased more.(6)Through the campus pond water treatment in Xihua University, silica fume has a gooddescription of the modified lithium adsorption of phosphorus removal, with a value ofpractical application.
