The104orebody of FOZI mine is one of the major bonanzas. The orebody hasused shallow hole shrinkage stoping method for a long time, and the remaining goafswere not filled timely. It brought a huge security risk for the pillar recovery and miningof the lower orebody.By investigating the goaf occurrence characteristics, the paper deployed reasonableacoustic emission monitoring system for104orebody and done the stability monitoring.Considering the traditional acoustic emission parameter analysis was easily disturbed byexternal environment and the AE parameters were used imperfect, the paper introducedthe acoustic emission cumulative difference indicator. We used acoustic emissioncumulative difference indicator to predict the stability of104orebody, it showed that the104orebody is at a stable state.The paper simulated the stability of complicated polylaminate goafs by ANSYSand FLAC3D.The simulation results can be used to explore the pressure distributionfeatures and displacement distribution features of104orebody. Analysis results showthat the104orebody have no large stress concentration area, and the displacement isgenerally small.According to the site survey, acoustic emission results and numerical simulationresults, the paper use multilevel fuzzy theory to build a two-stage fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation model of goaf stability, which includes three-level, four categories and22factors. Using the model to judge the stability of the104orebody, the evaluation resultsshow that the stability of surrounding rock is stable or very stable.On the basis of earlier exploration and numerical simulation of the goaf, we selectexposed area, the maximum principal stress, the minimum principal stress and themaximum displacement to cluster goafs into four stability level classification. Aimed atthese four kinds of goaf, we respectively put forward to strengthen monitoring andmanagement, strengthen support, partial backfill and whole backfill.Through the above research, the paper analyzed the goaf stability of104orebody,and provide a basis for research of mine safety measures and goafs treatment scheme.Meanwhile, there is a certain reference for some similar mines.
