Photovoltaic solar energy production and waste water containing large amounts offluoride, and has high concentrations of other pollutants water quality characteristics, fnot treated directly discharged into nearby bodies of water, will cause serious harm to thenatural environment and social environment. In our country, this kind of wastewatereffluent quality of implementation of "integrated wastewater discharge standard"(GB8979-1996) third standard,[F-] is less than10mg/L, pH6~9.For this type of fluoride-containing wastewater characteristics, precipitation methodis nowadays mostly used. Although this approach is simple and convenient, but it cannot make waste water fluoride content is reduced to10mg/L or less and can not achievedischarge standards. Therefore, access to relevant documents and in the context of theexisting treatment process based on research design a two-stage combination process oftwo-stage. The combined process is a two-stage treatment process for in-line mode, eachlevel staffed by chemical precipitation and coagulation-flocculation and sedimentation.By single-factor test and orthogonal design study on fluorine removal efficiency ofchemical agent and coagulant, combination process of focused study of the treatmenteffect.Test results show that CaCl2-PAC-PAM vote in overtime of the combination drug, the first-level chemical coagulation initial pH value control for10,CaCl2injection3000mg/L,PAC injection600mg/L,PAM injection4mg/L, first level of effluentconcentration of fluoride ions39.62mg/L,pH6.9; second-level chemical coagulationinitial pH value control for10,CaCl2injection600mg/L, PAC dosing150mg/L,PAMdosing amount4mg/L, final effluent concentration of fluoride ions for4.68mg/L,pH7.5,stable and meet national emissions standards.Level after the two combined processes applied to the project, operating resultsshows that the combined process wastewater has a good effect for the class, stableeffluent discharge standards.
