The Design Of The WT50UHF Geophysical Rig

UHF geophysical rig is a new sampling mechanical engineering and is widely used in soil environmental geology, engineering geology, hydrogeology, environmental governance and geophysical exploration and geochemical exploration. It can drill continuously without disturbance to all types of soil samples, and no rotation, no debris, no flushing fluid circulation, high fidelity core samples, so there is not secondary pollution in drilling process. The machine is widely used in foreign countries, but has not been applied in our country.This article researches and designs the UHF geophysical rig. Through analyzing developing trend of sonic drilling rigs domestic and overseas, determines model of the geophysical rig. After know process of drilling, technical parameters and operating character of the geophysical rigs, designs the UHF geophysical rig generally. Firstly determines the main technical parameters, general configuration of the machine and power transmission flow chart. Then the dissertation analyzes and decides functions and constructions scheme of the main components. The paper designs and calculates the mechanical part of the geophysical rig, including design of the upper chassis, the lower chassis, winches, mast, rotary head of the machine etc. Calculation of lifting force and speed of the winches, the rotary torque and vibration force of rotary head etc. Analyzes the mast in the method of finite element, which is the important component of the machine with method of solidworks. Designs the hydraulic and electric control system of the geophysical rig. The design satisfies the function needs and main parameters of the machine.
