Production decline research status mainly focuses on two aspects: one is productiondecline law research; the other is single factor analysis on historical data of developed blocks.The multi-factor analytical model established in this text can be used to analyze impact extentof relevant factors on production decline qualitatively and quantitatively and forecast changesof decline rate, which help give guidance to actual production work in oilfield.is established,which is used for main controlling factors analysis of production declineFirstly, the decline types of five oil fields of Daqing Plant No.8are analysized. Secondly,proceeding from decline rate definition and Darcy formula, a multi-factor analytical model isestablished including decline rate and well spacing density, production-injection well ratio,flow coefficient, production time, producing pressure drop, compositive water cut, relativeflow coefficient, supply radius, skin factor and et al. Applying this mathematical model,choosing Fang17block, Shengping main block as typical blocks, the influence of water cut,liquid production, measures and production time efficiency on production decline areresearched and analysized. Numerical simulation method is applied to analysize the influenceof injection-production ratio, oil and water wells ratio and oil recovery rate on productiondecline in Fang17block. Combined with the above analysis results, according to the differentproduction characteristics of different oil fields, the main measures are determined to slowdown the decline rate.Through the above analysis, the decline types of five oil fields of Daqing Plant No.8arehyperbolic, the decline index is between0.25and0.35. When the water cut is below50%,production decline is mainly affected by the water cut change, when the water cut is morethan50%, production decline is mainly affected by fluid decline. By adjusting production-injection well ratio, injection-production ratio, well spacing density, implementing measuressuch as fracturing, water plugging, pump changing, the target of composite decline rate of oldwells controlled within10.0%can be realized.
