With the rapid economic development of great wealth and material goods, ourcarbon emissions are increasing year by year and has jumped carbon emissionssuperpower. In recent years, serious global greenhouse gas emissions, global warmingphenomenon is increasingly evident, due to a series of follow-up questions worthconsidering, such as melting glaciers, disasters and other issues cannot be ignored. Asthe world’s great carbon emission country, not only the economic development will behindered, more international political pressure had forced us to pay attention to thisproblem. Some developed countries have taken measures to protect the environmentand reduce carbon emissions. February16,2005,the "Kyoto Protocol" provides for thefirst time among the developed countries to reduce carbon emissions target binding. The main cause of global climate change is too much greenhouse gas emissions, whilecarbon is the main component of greenhouse gases. In order to avoid thus broughtdisaster since the Copenhagen conference, more and more research on the impact ofcarbon emission factors has become increasingly sophisticated and systems, it alsoshows that this problem has been widely internationally concerned with the deepeningand development of the economy, our research has gradually emerged. With the globaleconomic integration, deepening financial in a country’s economy will occupy anincreasingly important position in the development of China’s financial sector hasbeen growing rapidly, and has undergone enormous changes, the whole society offinancial assets growing, it has not only become an important means of governmentregulation, but also become the main way of allocation of social resources. However, with the continuous development of the financial scale of carbon emissions aredirectly related to whether the financial scale of development capable of reducingcarbon emissions has a role in promoting, whether financial support could contributeto the development of energy saving low-carbon economy, this type of research in thecountry is still relatively less, the paper officially launched based on this research, and has important reference value. This research reviews the basis of previous research related to carbon emissionsabove, the factors affecting carbon emissions carried out a detailed analysis andsummary, and mainly introduces the concept of the financial scale, focusing oncombing both the theory and the associated conduction path between the effects of theprevious situation the latest research and alienation made a comparative analysis ofthe current innovation and further development, and the effect on the associationbetween the two made an empirical analysis. First, according to the relevanttheoretical research related to selected financial ratios as the core of the explanatoryvariables, in addition to per capita GDP, industrial structure, energy endowments andother factors associated with carbon emissions of the principal component analysis, cointegration test, Granger causality test and VAR model analysis, the relevantconclusions; Secondly, the use of30inter-provincial panel data, adding carbondioxide emissions, financial ratios and associated new variables such as the level ofurbanization in STIRPAT model, combined with dynamic panel model, using GMMestimation method empirical analysis of the major factors on carbon emissions degreeof influence. The study found carbon emissions is a constant increase in theaccumulation process in which the financial scale, education level and the degree ofexport trade has a negative correlation between carbon emissions, and the rest was apositive correlation between the factors, development of the financial scale for carbonemissions there is a push to reduce the role. Do pace alienation analysis on its east, central, and western regions; Finally, alienation scale of the new development ofChina’s financial policy and research related to carbon emissions, and put forwardrelevant proposals have a certain significance.
