| In recent years,magnesium and its alloys are widely used in various industrial fields and possess many advantageous properties that make them promising materials for a lot of applications,especially for aerospace components, automobiles, computer parts,handheld tools and so on.The excellent properties included are as follows:high strength/weight ratiojhigh thermal conductivity, high dimensional stability,good machinability and being easily recycled.However, corrosion is the key point that hinders its application. As an anticorrosion technology, corrosion inhibitor technology has the advantages of high efficiency,economy and adaptability. and it has an important role in corrosion protection field. This article mainly studies the behavior of AZ91D magnesium alloy in corrosion inhibition.In this paper, traditional electrochemical methods in combination with weight loss and morphology analysis are used to investigate the corrosion behaviors of AZ91D magnesium alloy in in lg/L NaCl solutions containing corrosion inhibitor. Corrosion inhibitor sodium carbonate, sodium fluoride and sodium molybdate are added in the solution of sodium carbonate,studying their corrosion inhibition mechanism and effect, the results showed that: the inorganic corrosion inhibitors sodium carbonate, sodium molybdate and sodium fluoride make magnesium alloy corrosion rate slowing down. Optimization the component of the composite inhibitor by Orthogonal experiment.The results showed that5g/L sodium carbonate,3g/Lsodium fluoride and50mg/L sodium molybdate, the composite inhibition has the best effect, reach86.63%.Corrosion inhibitor sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, benzotriazole and urotropin are added in the solution of sodium carbonate,to studying their corrosion inhibition mechanism and effect, the results showed that the three corrosion inhibitors can inhibit the corrosion of magnesium alloys,but the effect is not very good.Inorganic inhibitor sodium carbonate, sodium molybdate, sodium fluoride combined respectively with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, benzotriazoleThe results showed that the effect of the composite inhibitor formed Inorganic inhibitor and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate Optimization the component of the composite inhibitor by Orthogonal experiment. The results showed that when sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was3g/L, sodium carbonate was3g/L, Sodium fluoride was2g/L, sodium molybdate was70mg/L, the composite inhibition has the best effect, reach82.83%. |
