| Material technology is one of the most crucial supports for the developmentof the society nowadays, and energy-saving nano-materials have aroused greatgeneral interests. Vanadium oxides have phase transition at near roomtemperature and it can be applied in smart windows, optoelectronic switch andprotective coatings as energy-saving thin film materials.We chose the effective electronic chemistry deposition method for thepreparation of vanadium oxide film. We explored the effect of electrolyte,concentration, ratio, pH,surfactant, temperature, voltage, duration,annealingto the reaction technology and made the stable technological conditions forvanadium oxide film preparation.We successfully synthesized well crystallized and morphology controllednano-porous and nano-rods like vanadium oxide films on FTO directly by justadjusting the voltage,duration, annealing and so on in the electronic chemistrydeposition process. And the new energy-saving nano-materials make it a goodcandidate for various applications in the future. |
