Meanwhile are facing only GDPdevelopment methods with water pollution problems, continuous fermentation, this andimprove the living environment, guarantee the health and safety of water supply party aim toform the great contradiction.Modern industrial production discharge of waste watercontaining heavy metal ions as the main reason, on the one hand, it makes a lot of water ispolluted, and serious harm to the ecosystem and caused great threat to the health of humanbody, on the other hand, with the continuous development of economy, the reform into thedeep water area, to adhere to the development of sustainable and healthy green road, insist onthe development direction of resource saving and environment friendly, solve the heavy metalwaste water, improve water environment and become urban problems to be solved.Adsorption method is an important method to deal with the pollution of heavy metal ionwastewater, can very good the enrichment, separation and recovery of heavy metal ions, andthe design of the new type of chelating adsorbent synthesis, exploring research system ofadsorption and adsorption kinetics performance of exploring study is an important part of theadsorption method of three, for its practical application and popularization has the extremelysignificant significance.Today at home and abroad of chelating adsorbent divided into liquid and solid two broadcategories:(1) Chelate adsorbent will be part of the liquid into the water and not easy to recycle, indisguised form ascending costs caused certain pollution to the environment at the same time;After the adsorption of chelate complex and difficult to clear heavy metal ions, repeated useof difficulties, exacerbated the cost again, become the biggest constraint on fluid chelatingadsorbent promotion.(2) The chelation of solid adsorbent divided into its chelating adsorbents and compositeadsorbent, its chelating adsorbents is limited by the limitation of their structure and functionalgroups, the heavy metal ions removal effect is not ideal;Composite chelate adsorbent toovercome the liquid chelating adsorbent of chelating adsorbents and shortcomings, to betterachieve the purpose of removal of heavy metals and can be used widely in the large-scaleindustrialization, matrix, the selection of functional groups, the composite connection technology is particularly important.In this paper, the content design and preparation of the two kinds of solid composite chelatingadsorption materials:3-oxygen glutaric acid modification polyaniline and titanium dioxideload type of melamine formaldehyde resin, and the adsorption, adsorption kineticscharacteristics of main heavy metal has carried on the detailed research, mainly includes thefollowing aspects:1. The design and preparation of the modified polyaniline-prepared by inversemicroemulsion method has strong oxidation resistance, insoluble in water, a new type ofpolyaniline matrix has strong activity of two chloride, using ammonolysis reaction, successwill be a3-oxygen glutaric acid grafted onto the resin matrix structure, and the product havebeen characterized;2. Modification of polyaniline was studied for copper ion adsorption performance, wasinvestigated in detail time, temperature, volume of chelating adsorbents, adsorption times theinfluence of factors on the adsorption rate, and detailed research in the process of theadsorption mechanism of using chelating the structure of the adsorbent adsorption aftercomposite, the main contents are as follows:(1) Within1h, with the extension of time, the adsorption rate rising rapidly;After1h, theadsorption rate of change is relatively flat, according to the principle of efficiency, oscillationtime of1h is the best;(2) With an increase in the amount of adsorbent, the adsorption rate is risingrapidly;After0.09g, the rate of slowing down, so to determine the optimal dosage ofadsorbent for0.09g;(3) With the increase of temperature, the adsorption rate increased;Increased rate of40℃, quite gentle, so the best temperature of40℃.(4) With the number of the use of modified polyaniline growth, the adsorption efficiencydecreases gradually, has dropped to below50%after4times, is not suitable to continue touse;3. The design and preparation of the titanium dioxide load type of melamineformaldehyde resin, melamine in hydroxyl methylation of macromolecular adding microngrade of titanium dioxide in situ polymerization, heating after curing to form larger porenetwork of melamine formaldehyde resin, its inside the cavity surface with a negative charge,can very quickly and heavy metal ions and solid control it within the network structure, thetitanium dioxide preparation with different ratio of melamine modified resin also exploresresearch; 4. examines the tio2supported melamine formaldehyde resin adsorption of heavy metalcopper, lead, time, temperature, adsorbent dosage, the concentration of aqueous solution ofheavy metals on the influence of adsorption performance and the dynamic adsorptioncharacteristics, main content includes:(1) Titanium dioxide type load melamine formaldehyde resin follows the dynamicsequation of quasi secondary, correlation can reach0.9981.(2) With the increase of temperature, the adsorption effect is obviously enhanced, but agentle between30to40℃, and then raise the temperature, the adsorption effect graduallybecomes poor.(3) With the extension of time, the adsorption effect is better and better, basic balance in3h.(4) With the increase of dosage of adsorbent, the adsorption effect is getting better andbetter.(5) Titanium dioxide with melamine ratio of1:2, the adsorption effect is best.
