Allyl chloride is an organic synthesis intermediate in the production of epichlorohydrin,glycerol and other products are widely used in industrial fields. With domestic production ofallyl chloride have continued to rise downstream industrial products and international marketdemand, speed up the completion of the construction of large-scale energy-efficient allylchloride production plant, the development of enterprises is very important. However, allylchloride production process is complex and difficult to master with a long processmanagement, nonlinear links, when variability is strong, explosive, strong corrosioncharacteristics, and thus the control system made high demands. The ABB’s Industrial IT2000DCS control system, a simple, easy to maintain, plus on-site control room unit interferencewith other communications equipment and systems throughout the highly redundantprocessing security and stability, to provide users with a good solution.The subject of a combined company, Dongying30,000tons/year of allyl chlorideproduction expansion project, research design and implementation of control systems for its.On the basis of process control requirements and detailed analysis of the allyl chlorideproduction plant, research and design a set of allyl chloride-based ABB AC800F productionline control system and application software platform ABB CBF realize the whole process ofproduction process control and management. Paper elaborates the system architecture,hardware design, soft-ware design and configuration process technology operating results,while, according to the technology and customer requirements for electrical controls designand reconstruction of the compressor section of the emergency stop control modules to meetmonitors and demand management. Second, after the project went into a mathematical modelof the mechanism of high temperature chlorination of propylene reactor and simulationaspects of its response. Finally, a multivariate model predictive control algorithm, the use ofcomputer simulation analysis to improve the dynamic characteristics of propylenechlorination section.This paper studies the combination of the practical needs of enterprise development, theprocess of transformation of experience and new control scheme of enterprises in the yearsaccumulated during the production of allyl chloride were implemented, and further optimization algorithm proposed system.
