Aiming at the problems of surveying and mapping in the design of ecologicalrestoration, by using total station, CAD, remote sensing and GPS modernization tools,the land topography, geomorphology and area of the wind farm to repair was studyed inthis paper. The research content of this paper is mainly divided into three aspects: one,the information for design was got quickly and accurately by the total station. Second,combination of remote sensing technology, the information on land topography,geomorphology and area of the wind power plant was got by using CAD. After design,the construction plan was transformed into construction drawings. Three, study how todraw normative construction drawings about the ecological restoration.High light as follows:1, study how to optimize the plan of making point. Use thetotal station skillfully to survey quickly and accurately without prism. And combinatingremote sensing technology, get the information on platform and road in the process ofdesign of ecological restoration.2, in the field of ecological restoration in wind powerplants, the process of drawing by CAD was optimized to reflect quickl and accurateinformations on the area of the wind power plant, which provided designers andconstructors basic informations on ecological restoration. This paper was completed bycombining with many types of papers arranging from ecological restoration all over theworld and the application of total station to CAD technology. How to optimize themaking points plan and the informations related on the wind power plant wer got byresearch on total station without prism. Combination of remote sensing technology andthe informations from total station, the character of wind power plant was reflected byCAD.In this paper, combining with the actual situation and learning theory knowledge,the information acquisition and information process is optimized, and good results areobtained.Get the following conclusions:1, according to the unique topographycharacteristics of wind field platform and roads, to ensure the accuracy and precisionmeet the measurement requirements, total station without prism shuold be used inmeasuring.2, optimized the location choice of the station setting up: the choice principleof station is to conform to the requirements of the observation point of vision, and ensurevisibility. Observation point is appropriate to the soft soil, and observation point ischosen as far as possible to the center of the observation space.3, optimize the picking up point. According to the terrain, in the case of ensuring the quality of surveying andmapping, the principle for choocing points is to take at least some representative points.
