Persistent organic pollutants (POPs) on the ecosystem and human health hazards have caused widespread concern, the Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River seriously polluted by POPs, and because of its long frozen period, high sediment concentration and other special reason, make the research on frozen period in the segment POPs become particularly important.In this paper, the Toudaoguai as study area, frozen period as study period, a-HCH as a target pollutant, the principle of the establishment of the multimedia fugacity model, with air, ice, water, suspended sediment, is the main phase established the Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River frozen period a-HCH III multimedia fugacity model, simulation the transfer of the Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River a-HCH in the environment of each medium fate behavior; at the same time, the Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River frozen water a-HCH as the research object, from the water, fish and skin contact ways respectively, flow convection Ling-Ling, Ling later, mid stream ice, ice, ice early middle late, melting glacial health risk assessment. Conclusions are as follows:The a-HCH concentration of Atmospheric is the smallest; the a-HCH concentration of Sediment is the maximum. a-HCH from gas to ice migration flux is the largest, followed is water to ice; the degradation of a-HCH in the sediment is minimum, sediment is the main repository of a-HCH; the degradation of a-HCH in ice is maximum, with ice phase photocatalytic degradation is the main way to disappear from the Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River.The Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River frozen water a-HCH total cancer risk is2.75×10-5; the total risk index value of1%, the total non carcinogenic risk is2.96×10-3, the total risk index value of99%, is mainly responsible for the total risk.Fish approach is the maximum risk in three ways, the main ways of risk, respectively of the total cancer risk, total non cancer risk84%,97%. The total risk of frozen water a-HCH index in flow Ling later is maximum, ice period is minimum.The Toudao guai Section of The Yellow River frozen water a-HCH cancer and non cancer risk are within the range recommended by the USEPA, almost no harm to human body.
