Generate both gas and coal in the strata,in mine coal mining process because of the influence of mining,coal seam gas occurrence in the stable will be broken by gas migration phenomenon.The gas can cause gas explosion,coal and gas outburst and other serious gas disasters moving in the working face and goaf,which will be an immeasurable threat to safety in production of coal mine.However, along with the upper part of China’s coal resources, the proportion of deep mine is increasing rapidly, which brings new problem for gas treatment. Gas Control method has been previously not apply many deep mines,a single gas extraction effect is not up to safety requirements. Therefore, to control gas must use a variety of means, so that the various indicators of gas meet the state requirements.In this paper, through theoretical studies, UDEC software simulation and experimental mine site combination,regional outburst prevention technology for the exploitation of the protective layer has a serious application of prominent seams for a more systematic study. First, the key strata formation is explained, and then study the impact of mining coal seam in the upper and lower overburden stress changes affect the evolution of the floor cracks, concluded that the protective layer after mining in the adjacent coal strata, gas to get relief, gas migration through the cracks dynamic channel, so that coal seam permeability increases, gas extraction efficiency is greatly improved by the elimination of the protective layer of coal and gas outburst danger. While the use of dynamic simulation software UDEC overlying rock fissures field development law after mining face protective layer overlying rock stress field, expansion and deformation characteristics of each seam, relief ranges simulated conclusion:the protective layer face after mining seam permeability increased by nearly400times.
