After a period period of time in blast furnace production,furnace brick liningand cooling stave will be damaged by erosion,different parts of the furnace body will appeardifferent degree of furnace shell local fever and even burning phenomenon,some parts will appearthe phenomenon of gas leakage,which forming safe hidden trouble.Blast furnace groutingmaintenance is an important method of blast furnace lining protection and made lining,because itcan operation during blast furnace and the construction process is simple,moreover,it can savegrouting material repair the damaged lining effectively,so it has been widely used in large andmedium-sized metallurgical enterprises at present.In order to achieve the goal of safe and efficientgrouting,the study of blast furnace grouting technology is very important.This paper focuses on the analysis of pressure in grouting process of the furnace bodydeformation,respectively by use of ANSYS software, the grouting process of furnace body andhearth area are simulated analysis,in which the furnace is in force for grouting pressure,materialweight and filling slurry liquid level height,hearth and static pressure of liquid iron.After settingup the calculation parameters simulation to get the limit to bolt grouting process even relay andrefractory brick and cement produce the cases such as separation, in turn, affect the normalproduction of blast furnace of the grouting pressure, in did not meet the rest of the parts in blastfurnace under the premise of ultimate strength to choose the smaller value as the actual process ofgrouting grouting pressure value of the ceiling,so that the grouting process safety and efficiencyand ensure good grouting effect,above which provide the theoretical basis for grouting practice ofblast furnace.In the process of the filling simulation, when the force does not exceed limit strength,deformation of blast furnace is very small, basic can be ignored, grouting process structure sizeand has a little influence on the normal production of blast furnace; If grouting pressure is toolarge, it will cause bolt connection failure resulting in cooling stave is not stable, to reach the idealgrouting effect. At the same time, the grouting pressure of too much may be the ultimate strengthto binder and pushing refractory charging, poses a threat to the safety of the blast furnaceproduction.So when grouting construction, metallurgical enterprises can refer to this paper’ssimulation results, the grouting pressure control within a certain range, so as to achieve the goal ofsecurity fixes.
