In this work, a method for preparation of high selective molecularly imprintedpolymer (MIP) were proposed using templates such as, p-nitrophenol (4-NP) throughselection of the best functional monomer based on the nonimprinted polymer (NIP)library screening method. And the rest of the polymer components were optimized.Highly selective MIP were synthesized for compounds such as4-NP etc and used assolid-phase extraction(SPE) sorbents, and then the SPE profile was optimized andused in the real sample extraction. The main contents include:1. Using the NIP library screening method, vinylimidazole (VI) was the selected asthe best functional monomer. Choosing trimethylolpropane (TRIM) ascrosslinking and selected monomer VI and common monomer vinyl pyridine(4-VP) as functional monomers,4-NP molecularly imprinted polymers wereprepared by traditional method. The performance of the polymer was evaluatedby dynamic adsorption test and static adsorption experiment. Adsorption capacityand imprinting factors were calculated. Comparing to polymers prepared from4-VP, the MIPs prepared from VI has higher adsorption capacity and imprintingfactors.2. Based on the result of NIP library screening of monomer for4-NP imprintedpolymer, the NIP library screening method was optimized by using templatessuch as auramine O (AOHCl) and indole butyric acid (IBA). The type of bindinginteraction between each polymer in NIP library and template in differentsolvents was studied, and the functional monomers were screened by comparingthe intensity of interaction. In this thesis the interactions, such as hydrogenbonding, electrostatic interaction and hydrophobic interaction between polymerand template were investigated using in solvents of chloroform, acetonitrile:water (v: v=9:1), acetonitrile: water (v: v=1:1). The best function monomer wasselected according to the sort and strength of the interaction. The othercomponents of MIP were also optimized using the selected monomer.3. High performance MIP was used as SPE sorbent, and then the SPE profile wasoptimized and used in the real sample extraction.4. Bulk polymerization is a simple and easy method for preparing MIP, but it’sdifficult to wash out the template completely from the polymer. So in this paper, using4-NP and AOHCl as the target analyte, the magnetic imprinted polymerswere synthesized for4-NP and AOHCl by using the magnetic Fe3O4nanoparticles as carrier. And the adsorption properties of magnetic polymerparticles were researched and the particles were applied for extraction of4-NPand AOHCl spiked samples.
