The post evaluation of productivity construction projects of oilfield and the accuracy ofthe evaluation results impact on the summarizing and improving of the current project,as wellas the assistant decision-making of new projects have not yet been put into.In order toimprove the economic efficiency,can re-plan or improve the problems of the implementationprocess,and summarize the reasons for the success or failure of the projects by analyzing theindexes and results of post evaluation.So there is a great value of the research of postevaluation model of productivity construction projects of oilfield.The main route is to build the post evaluation model of productivity construction projectsof oilfield,constructing the index system and selecting method are two key issues.Theaccuracy of the experimental results and related theories have proved the validity of themodel,so set the model into Jilin Oilfield.The paper mainly studies the content as follows:I. Construct the index system based on the rough set.To eliminate redundant of attributeseffectively and get the minimum attribute reduction quickly, discrete indexes by thediscretization algorithm of rough set based on information entropy,and then attributereduction by the rough set based on the genetic algorithm,to ensure the streamlined andaccuracy of the index system.II.Using the method of SVR optimized by QPSO.In order to obtain the optimum value ofthe parameter of SVR,optimizing by QPSO,the method is feasibility and effectiveness whichis verified by experiments.III.The post evaluation model of productivity construction projects of oilfield isconstituted by I and II,and it is applied to the auxiliary systems of productivity constructionprojects of oilfield.Obtain and store the data of evaluation indexes,and then obtain the resultby the model.
