According to the deposit and development characteristics of the untabulated reservoir inXingbei Area, we carried out lab test on pressured-mercury testing and through pressure testing, phase seepage curve test, non-darcy seepage limit and tracer monitoring, we make certain of the phase seepage mechanism; Meanwhile, a series of adjusting techniques of the untabulated reservoir have been formed through reservoir engineering theory, numerical simulation, economic benefit evaluation and field monitoring data and result evaluation on newly putting into production wells. Lab pressured-mercury data show that pore throat radius is the main factor influencing seepage capacity, and when pore throat radius is less than55μm, seepage capacity drops quickly. Start-up pressure testing shows that there exists pressure gradient of non-darcy seepage in the tabulated reservoir, and it increases dramatically as reservoir permeability diminishes. When permeability is less than110μm2non-darcy seepage emerges; Tracer monitoring researches show that fulid moves forward slowly only as0.6m/d; Phase permeability curve testing show that shape of water-phase relative permeability curve is mainly the type of small-slope straight line, and relative water-phase permeability is low while at the crossing point of the curves, water saturation degree is high with a low span of two-phase seepage area. As water saturation increases, oil-phase relative permeability drops quickly and then it is hard to be developed and obtain a good recovery result. We confirmed a reasonable limit, that is150m, of injecting and producing space for the untabulated reservoir through researches on reservoir engineering theory etc, and adopted a five-spot well pattern. We improved reservoir producing degree through researches on well completion method, namely adopting limited-entry facturing well completion and underbalanced perforating well completion to protect seepage capacity and the principle of "double-20"is selected for perforation layer determination. Through supporting adjustment techniques subdividing water injection technique has been formed to reduce influences of start-up pressure and new type plugging removal technique such as environment-protecting enzyme has been adopted. The above researches provided a series of supporting techniques including well placing, well completion and optimized combination of perforation targets for the oil field development and adjustment as well as a technical support for effective development of Xingbei untabulated reservoir, enlarging oil reserves and relieving production decline sustainable development of Xingbei.
