Based on the remove and installation device of the blowout preventer (BOP) researchstatus, this paper proposes a new type blowout preventer remove and installation device,which is configured on the inclined and vertical drilling rig wellhead can remove andinstallation quick and easy. During the installation, the BOP can be lifted up at the slopebetween0°and90°, also meet the need of drilling work within the scope of45°~90°, atthe same time meet the need of vertical well drilling rig.According to the technology requirements and BOP parameters of the inclined andvertical gear-rack drill rig, the remove and installation device is designed by SolidWorks. Thesimulation part is applied to analysis the key part of the device, including the finite elementand intensity analysis, and the design detail and the hydraulic system principle chart is in thepaper.In the paper the remove and installation is simplified and import into ynamics simulationsoftware ADAMS. According to the functional requirements and load, conclude the key partsdisplacement, velocities and acceleration curves. The curves shows the service reliability ofthe new design remove and installation device, and proving the parameters in the design isreasonable and accurate.
