After Daqing oil field entered into the third adjustment development phase, thedevelopment object is the thin and poor layer. Due to the underground condition is verycomplex, requirements on cementing quality should be more strict. To adjustment wells inDaqing oil field, the cementing merit rate is only about60%. It is checked through theacoustic variable density method. Based on retesting poor cementing quality wells, there is acommon problem that the poor interface cementing quality. It easily cause interlayerschanneling and gas channeling phenomenon. That can lead to reduce the cementing qualityand influence oilfield development effect.In this paper, the first and second interface of well cementing is as the research object tosolve the interface cementing quality problem in the process of cementing. The interfacestrengthening agent is added in the drilling fluid and completion fluid to achieve the goal ofimproving cementing quality. It is improved through changing the quality of drilling fluidmud cake, reducing the thickness of mud cake and improving the interface cementationstrength. Combined with mechanism analysis and the indoor experiment method, the optimalformula of interface strengthening agent is hardener, inductive agent, reaction agent, cleaner,coupling agent, chelating agent. After adding the interface strengthening agent, there is acementation strength contrast experiment. The first interface cementation strength increasedby16.69%, The second interface cementation strength increased by16.41%.102wells weretested in Daqing Lamadian oil field. The cementing quality merit factor reach76.47%.Compared with the conventional well, it had a25.97%increase.Research on the interface strengthening agent to improve the cementing quality, thecementing merit rate can be effectively increased and the development effect in the later stageof high water cut of oil field will be protected. There is a good prospect of popularization andapplication.
